Drumhany, Mohill Civil Parish, Co Leitrim, Ireland
From a variety of birth and census records checked, Drummina or Drumina seems to be either another name for all of the townland of Drumhany or else a portion of it. In this case I am assuming it to be an alias for Drumhany. Note too that there are townlands named Drumhany North and Drumhany South; these, like Drumhany, are all within the Parish of Mohill and Mohill Registrar's District. Many event records show just Drumhany as the place of occurrence. Where possible other records relating to the same family have been searched, and where these other records specify either Drumhany North or Drumhany South then events recorded as simply "Drumhany" have been assumed to have occurred in the relevant North or South townland
