May 2025 Update
Between an update in January 2025 and this current update, about 280 new people have been added to this site.
Over the past several months I've been drafting my book on aspects of Leitrim genealogy and this work continues to take most of my available time.
I never made a public announcement of the January 2025 update so see ui210.htm for the names added then.
The May 2025 update added 141 new people to this site and changed the status of 7 more to Complete. The new or amended people from this update can be found as follows:
- People previously marked as Research Deferred or Research Incomplete now upgraded to Complete
- New people added and regarded as Research Complete
- New People added regarded as either Research Deferred or Research Incomplete
Changes to basic details such as corrections of BMD dates or places while analysis and preparation for publications continue. Therefore I will continue to be grateful for any information users of the site care to offer - but must stress that it may often be a long time between my accepting and updating my records and the updates appearing on the site.
Finally, many thanks to all who have used the site in the past and encouraged me in my work.
